Number 1, under the present rule, DA rule and ANC rule gangsterism is not going to stop because it is a way to keep brown/colored people in bondage. Whether it creates a panic, working class. Gangsterism was born out of apartheid. Gangsterism in itself has a plus for government to keep people there of low class.
ARA’s approach is completely different, number 1 if you are a gangster you should be locked up immediately.
Number 2 people have been trained not to protect themselves, people have been trained just to pray, as SA citizen you should get a gun and protect yourself. There are states in America where crime has dropped from 30% to 3% just because the criminals know the residents are armed. This country will purposely disarm people. If you want to create a fearful population just take their guns away from them, so ARA will deal with this issue. ARA will deal with the gangs and their bosses as well as the ones sitting in prison and giving orders and the politicians giving orders and go to Bheki Cele for these issues to be dealt with.
what should be changed
We do not have a police force anymore we have a police service, it’s like going to the shop, it’s a service. The police don’t want to run in professional cowboys running around, we got gangsters running the country.
The easiest things to deal with is number 1; the word gangsterism should be legislative, a gangster should be locked up, secondly people must be armed, thirdly parents that have gangsters will be kept accountable. A case will be made against the parent because they are hoarding gangster attitude, they don’t know the potential of that person they allowed to go untrained and undisciplined and that person can become the greatest villain later on, so the parents will be kept responsible.
The fourth point is that we will deal with everything right from the top. This is a robust party, we don’t have time to play around, smiling does not solve problems. Fifth point is that community forums will be trained and armed and they will get involved and those people will be answerable, they can also be deputy by the police and they will give answers to the police as to what is happening in their areas, they will know where the criminals live.
